Description
2992 Nostrand Avenue is the first commercial, small-scale community shared solar on a multifamily rental building in New York City. The solar system offsets 100% of the common area electricity usage of the building and provides electricity credits to 25 households including the building tenants and other Con Edison customers. This project is pioneering a new model for small-scale community solar projects that other buildings in New York City can follow.
