Solar One’s “People-Power for the Planet” Community Social

On Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, we are hosting Solar One’s People-Power for the Planet Community Social: a joyful, outdoor celebration for the Grand Opening of the brand-new Solar One Environmental Education Center. From hands-on learning programs to green space restoration and environmental advocacy, Solar One brings people-power together to produce real climate solutions for our planet right here in NYC neighborhoods.
This community social is the first of a 2-part celebration, followed in October by the Solar One Gala: Learning & Growing Together—a festive evening, recognizing those who helped make the Solar One vision a reality.
