Energy Efficiency: Unlocking Climate Action In Schools

Join the NYCPS Office of Energy and Sustainability and Solar One for a day of standards-aligned, hands-on activities. Explore ways to take climate action by reducing carbon emissions in schools and at home! Solar One’s K-12 curriculum, GDL, is aSTEM-focused, interdisciplinary curriculum that provides students with hands-on experiential learning. Topics include: energy audit, energy transfer, light bulb lab, and more! 

This program is FREE for 3-12 NYCPS Teachers 

Who: NYCPS Teachers, SustainabilityCoordinators, Environmental Educators (Grades 3-12)
