Shakira joined Solar One in 2022 and leads the Green Workforce Industry Engagement program.
Shakira is constantly looking for better ways to support positive outcomes for clients. The majority of Shakira’s experience to date has been in client-facing roles, which gives her thorough understanding of the client, the challenges they face, and what interventions are successful and why. Her goal is to continue to grow Solar One’s Industry Engagement program by working with cross functional teams and partners through inclusion, collaboration resulting in increased performance, profitability and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Shakira brings a unique combination of strategy and creativity learning new initiatives in order to develop and improve workforce systems.
