Robert has over 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on supporting underserved communities through strong operations and facilities management. He takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-functioning spaces that allow both staff and the people they serve to feel supported and empowered.
Robert is passionate about giving back to the communities that helped shape and support their own growth and development. That connection drives his dedication and care in everything he does personally and professionally.
Outside of his role at Solar One, Robert values connection, community, and traveling to embrace new people and experiences.
