Rachel Fleischer
Director of Clean Energy Communities
In 2023, Rachel Fleischer joined Solar One as the Director of Clean Energy Communities after six years in climatetech startups at the Urban Future Lab. Her passion for community-driven climate solutions led her to connect NYC communities with energy transition strategies. Rachel is currently pursuing an NYU Wagner Master’s in Public Administration, specializing in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati and spent five years in the fashion industry. In her free time, she recharges with electrolytes and keeps life organized through bullet journaling.
