Nancy Weber
Chief Operating Officer
Nancy joined Solar One in 2016 where she currently leads the Finance and Operations department. She has over five years experience in non-profit finance and administration. Prior to working at Solar One, Nancy was the Co-Founder and Director of Finance and Operations for a Brooklyn based performance space. Before changing careers, she spent more than 15 years working in software development at various financial technology firms where she was responsible for all facets of software implementation and project management. Nancy has a B.S. in Computer & Management Studies from the University of Maryland.
