Matthew Dean
Senior Instructor
Matt Dean joined Solar One in 2019 as an instructor for the Green Workforce team. He brings previous experience as a senior Home Energy Score Mentor and Trainer, is a member of the National Association of Realtors Green Building Designation and New York State Association of Realtors Faculty Staff, and provides instruction as a BPI trainer. His specialization is in home energy training, auditing, and modeling; since he began teaching, Matt has worked with more than 2,000 students and has over 6,000 hours experience training classes.
