Jeff Sullivan

Jeff Sullivan is a Vice President at Alloy and oversees the firm’s architectural design studio and staff. He is currently focused on the Alloy Block Downtown, which is a roughly 1 million- square-foot full city block redevelopment in Downtown Brooklyn. Working with the design team, Jeff has helped push Alloy’s sustainability mission through New York’s first all-electric (carbon neutral) skyscraper at 505 State Street as well as achieving LEED for Communities Gold precertification for the entirety of the block. Jeff is currently focusing the design team on the development’s Phase 2 to further establish more robust sustainability objectives emphasizing building efficiency and urban resilience. Over the past decade, Jeff has grown within Alloy where he currently serves as Vice President and is a thought leader among the office and industry. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a dual Masters from Washington University in St Louis for Architecture and Construction Management. He is a licensed Architect in New York State, holds an NCARB (National College of Architectural Registration Boards) certificate and is a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects).
