Lloyd Spencer is a commercial operations and risk management executive specializing in wholesale power, renewable energy, and financial markets. Currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Analytics at Brookfield Renewable, he brings deep expertise in quantitative modeling, asset evaluation, and energy trading infrastructure. Spencer previously co-founded and served as COO of SmartEnergy, scaling the retail platform to over 150,000 accounts, and held senior risk and analytics roles at institutions including Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University.
