NNEC’s new video short tells the story of Habana Outpost, Brooklyn’s first solar powered restaurant.

Our friends at the Network for New Energy Choices (NNEC) have completed another great video installment documenting existing solar projects located right here in New York City. This episode features Habana Outpost, the first solar-powered restaurant in NYC. This very a popular spot in downtown Brooklyn is a true fav of Solar One staff and the local green community at large (Habana was the food vendor for our first Citysol Festival back in ’05, and the summer-long host of Brooklyn Green Drinks). Watch the video . . . but more importantly, go visit Habana in person while the weather is still nice.
