Ladies First-Time Homebuyers Seminar

West Harlem Group Assistance is hosting a Saturday seminar for women who are thinking about purchasing their first home.  Topics covered will include budgeting techniques and navigating the real estate market. Diana Pangestu of SolarOne/NYSERDA will speak at 1:30 pm about NYSERDA’s programs that help homeowners save energy and money.
